The way it works now

A trip shouldn't take a dozen tabs to plan.

Flights in one tab, hotels in three more, reviews, maps, a budget spreadsheet and a group chat that never agrees. Vagary pulls all of it into one plan you can read like a brochure and book in a few taps.

See what you get

One sentence in. A whole trip out.

Every Vagary plan comes back like a printed travel brochure: a reason for every morning, afternoon and evening, and a price on every line. Pick a sample and step through the days.

Sample itinerary. Prices are illustrative; in the app they come live from each provider.

Day of travel

Plans break at the gate. Yours won't.

Once you're on the move, Vagary tracks every flight on your plan live: delays, gate changes, terminals. When a delay squeezes your connection, it flags it right away and lines up your options.

How it works

From "we should go somewhere" to wheels-up.

Step one

Say it like you'd tell a friend

Where, when, who's coming, the budget and the non-negotiables. One sentence is enough; Vagary asks if it needs more.

Step two

Get the whole trip, priced

Flights, stays, experiences and transfers, pulled from real providers and laid out day by day with a total you can trust.

Step three

Book it, then let Vagary watch

Book each piece directly with the provider. On travel day, Vagary tracks your flights and flags trouble early.

“I grew up in Dominica, where getting anywhere meant a connection and a missed one cost you a day. Now I run airport operations in New York, and I watch good trips fall apart at the gate every week. Vagary is the planner I always wanted: it builds the whole trip, prices every piece, and keeps watching after you leave home.”

Questions

Before you sign up

When can I use it?

Vagary launches on Android first, with iOS to follow. Everyone on the waitlist gets access before the public launch, in the order they joined.

Does Vagary book the trip for me?

You book each piece directly with the provider (the airline, the hotel, the tour company), so your reservation, payment and loyalty points stay with them. Vagary hands you straight to the right booking page with your dates filled in.

Where do the prices come from?

Flights come live from Duffel, stays from Booking.com and experiences from Viator. If something is sample data, Vagary labels it as a sample. It never shows a made-up price as real.

How much does it cost?

Planning is free to start. You pay providers directly for what you book.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Vagary tracks every flight on your plan through FlightAware. If a delay cuts your connection under an hour it turns amber, under 45 minutes it turns red, and it shows you the next options out.
